The Challenge
Bespoke Wire & Rope supplies custom cables, mesh and tensile structures to projects across Australia. As the number of live projects grew, drafting and shop drawings fell behind, take-offs stacked up and quotes were slower to go out.
Hiring drafting staff locally was expensive and slow, and every delayed drawing put a tender at risk.
What We Did
We placed a dedicated drafting support team member in our Bangkok office, working inside BWR's existing tools: Microsoft Teams for communication, Planner for tasks and SharePoint for structured project files.
The team took over shop drawings, take-offs and bills of materials, with daily updates on active tasks and Australian management oversight, so the in-house team could focus on engineering and client work.
